Store description excerpt

Interrux lives in the 167 hours between therapy sessions. Most people see their therapist once a week. That leaves a lot of living, struggling, and pattern-repeating happening without any structure or support. Interrux is built for exactly that space. It's not a chatbot. It's not a meditation app. It's not a mood tracker dressed up as wellness content. Interrux is a nature-based self-reflection tool built by a licensed therapist with over a decade of clinical experience in wilderness therapy, somatic work, and adolescent and family systems. The daily experience runs on four pillars: LOCATE - Before anything else, arrive. Check in with where you are right now - in your body, in your day. No right answer. Just what's actually true. SIT - Something is present right now. Don't move away from it yet. What happens if you stay with it for just a moment longer than feels comfortable? STEP OUTSIDE - Put the phone down after this. Go outside. Don't try to feel better. Just let your senses do what they were built to do. Notice one thing you can hear. One thing you can feel. That's enough. FIND THE GROUND - Not toxic positivity. Not performed gratitude. What's one thing that felt solid today? Even briefly. Even small. Find the ground. Over time, Interrux tracks patterns in how you engage by surfacing themes, recurring words, and emotional terrain you might not notice on your own. That becomes your Session Thread; it's something real and concrete to bring back into the therapy room. The meaning-making happens with your therapist. Interrux just makes the patterns visible. Built on the philosophy that all motion seeks connection, and that the space between sessions is where some of the most important work actually happens. Interrux is not a crisis service.
