InternTIK is a supporting application for the internship program at the UPA Information and Communication Technology (IT) at the University of Jember. This application helps interns, mentors, and supervising teachers/lecturers manage their internship activities in a more organized, measurable, and documented manner. Key features: - GPS-based attendance and departure tracking - Validation of attendance locations using geofences - Submission of absences due to illness or permission with supporting evidence - Daily logbook with uploaded activity evidence - Assessment by mentors with grades, fieldwork ratings, and feedback - Participant activity history - Participant, mentor, and supervising teacher/lecturer profiles - Notifications for assignments and assessment results - Participant monitoring based on school/university InternTIK is designed to support transparency and discipline in internship activities, while also making it easier for mentors and supervising teachers to monitor participant progress.
