The text is Teresa's autograph 1577 Spanish, paired with the Stanbrook Abbey 1911 English translation — both public-domain Catholic patrimony. — THE QUIETUD Teresa's oración de quietud, drawn from Camino de Perfección chapters 26 through 29 and Las Moradas IV: not breathwork, not generic meditation — just looking at the Christ who looks at you ("Mira que te mira").
