Intened helps you use distracting and time-consuming apps more intentionally. Intened creates a moment of pause before opening an app. In order to start unlock session, you enter your intention and choose how much time you want to spend. The app then allows access for the duration of that session. Your unlock sessions are recorded automatically, giving you a clear view of how you allocate your time throughout the day. The Clock Chart and Overview Card organize your sessions into a simple visual timeline, making it easier to understand your daily patterns and plan your time. You can also add your own time sessions to the timeline, allowing you to organize activities beyond app usage and build a more complete picture of your day.
