Affiliated Inspectors is the official app of SOELSAC (Union of Workers and Employees of Cleaning, Services, and Related Companies of Córdoba) for managing and tracking labor inspections in companies within the sector. Designed for the exclusive use of SOELSAC-authorized personnel, the app centralizes the entire inspection process: from the start of the inspection to its conclusion, including verification, settlement, and collection. ━━ MAIN FEATURES ━━ • Inspection Management: efficiently register, track, and close company inspections from your mobile device. • Employee Survey: conduct digital surveys on working conditions, work schedules, and regulatory compliance directly in the field. • Digital Evidence: capture photos, obtain digital signatures, and attach documentation related to each inspection, all in one place. • Inspection Reports and Observations: Upload conclusions, observations, and generate inspection reports with complete traceability. • Business Registry: Consult and manage the registry of establishments subject to inspection with up-to-date information. • Inspection Status: Track the complete cycle of each visit—start, verification, settlement, collection, and closure—with real-time visibility. • Statistics and Indicators: Access reports and management metrics to evaluate the performance and progress of inspections. • Geolocation: Record the location of inspections directly from the field. ━━ ROLES AND ACCESS ━━ The app includes different user profiles (Inspector, Administrator, Accountant) with differentiated access and permissions according to the functions assigned by SOELSAC.
