Store description excerpt

Innifly is an everyday self-help app for anxiety, overthinking, burnout, stress, relationships, procrastination and sleep. A mood tracker tells you HOW you felt. Innifly tells you WHY and what to do about it today. It reads your check-ins and your journal together, names the pattern you can't see from the inside, and hands you one small thing to do next. No lectures. No 40-minute meditations. No guilt. BUILT FOR THE PROBLEM YOU ACTUALLY HAVE Background anxiety that never quite switches off. Replaying a conversation at 3 a.m. Snapping at the people you love. Being "fine" and exhausted anyway. You don't need a diagnosis to want that to stop. A 28-DAY PLAN BUILT AROUND YOUR ANSWERS It starts with short questions about how your weeks actually go. One practice a day, a few minutes each: week one steadies you, week two goes after the thoughts underneath, week three deeper, week four makes it hold. AI COMPANION THAT ASKS, NOT ADVISES Not just an AI chat. It reacts under your journal entries and closes every reflection with what it noticed. One question at a time. It notices when the same thing keeps coming back ("that's the third time you've written about your manager"), gives it back in your own words, then turns it slightly so the same situation reads differently. Not advice. A different angle, and one real practice to go with it. It all saves as short AI insights: the theme that keeps returning, the thought under it, where you feel it. A CHECK-IN THAT TAKES A MINUTE Pick a face, find the feeling on an emotion map, tag your day, add a photo. Week, month and year views do the rest: positive against negative, your emotion spectrum, whether this month runs lighter than the last. Progress is hard to feel day to day. This is where you see it. REFLECTIONS THAT ASK YOU SOMETHING "The 3 a.m. thought loop." "Whose voice is it, really?" Twelve themes, five cards each: three short screens on the topic, three questions about you, then what your companion noticed. Self-tests sit underneath: Overthinking · Your attachment style · Procrastination scale · Childhood trauma impact. Innifly never gives you an "anxiety level" or a "depression score", only five patterns in plain language: Worry, Tension, Self-criticism, Irritability, Low mood & energy. Patterns change. PRACTICES FOR THE MOMENT YOU NEED THEM Step-by-step tools inspired by CBT, schema therapy, somatic work and mindfulness. For when you can't stop replaying a conversation, when your chest is tight and you can't say why, when you're just off and can't name it. A few minutes each, so next time you already know what to do. MINI-COURSES YOU CAN JUST LISTEN TO Everything else here asks you to write or do something. A course asks nothing: a few minutes of audio a day, on the drive, on the walk, before sleep. A whole topic laid out in the right order. SMALL TASKS FOR REAL DAYS Motivation isn't a plan. Eight categories for low-energy days: sleep, mornings, self-care, movement, home, focus, hard days, and a dopamine
