It communicates with the device/CPE through a control plane tunnel dedicated to management and configuration traffic. The Orchestrator handles the entire configuration lifecycle for the CPE and plays a crucial role in Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and Zero Touch Deployment (ZTD) processes.
