Store description excerpt
You took forty photos of your kid. Two are sharp. That isn't your hands. Your phone decided the shot was too dark, slowed the shutter to let in more light, and your kid moved during the half-second it stayed open. It does this every time, and never tells you. Infinity Camera lets you say no. Turn the scene dial to Kids and the shutter can no longer fall below the speed that freezes a running child; ISO pays for the light. The photo comes out grainier. It also comes out. THE FACE IS SOFT AND THE WALL IS SHARP Autofocus locked onto the background, where the contrast was. Infinity Camera finds the face, then the eye, and holds it while your subject moves. Shoot a burst and keep the frame where the eyes are open, instead of finding out later that you don't have one. INDOORS, THE PHOTOS LOOK LIKE SOUP Dim restaurants, school halls, a concert. The phone smooths noise until skin turns to plastic and hair to a smudge. Take the controls back: choose shutter and ISO yourself, shoot RAW or ProRAW, and a face buried in shadow comes back with detail. Focus peaking and a live histogram tell you it worked before you lower the phone — not that night, when it's too late to reshoot. EVERY PHOTO NEEDS FIXING LATER — SO IT NEVER GETS FIXED Hundreds of shots waiting for an edit that never comes. Here the look goes on the viewfinder, before the shutter. What you frame is what lands in your library: warm, muted, filmic, as you chose. Compare looks side by side the way you'd pick a film stock, and the whole roll stays consistent — a holiday, or a shop's products, actually match. THE PHONE KEEPS OVERRULING YOU It smooths skin nobody asked it to smooth. It turns a warm lamp into blue daylight. It brightens the one thing you wanted dark. Point the white balance at a sheet of paper and the colour is simply correct — the jumper you're selling is the colour it is in the box. Nothing is beautified or "improved" unless you ask. BY THE TIME YOU'VE SET IT UP, THE MOMENT IS OVER Nobody adjusts four controls while a toddler runs past. That's why the scene dial is a dial: drag a thumb around the ring on the viewfinder, and Kids, Pet, Sport, Portrait, Food, Landscape, Night and Long Exposure each sit at the same angle every time. After a week you stop reading and just turn to the position, the way you would on a real camera. Your own setups live on the same wheel. Set the camera up once, calmly, then long-press MR1: shutter, ISO, white balance, aspect, format and your chosen look, saved together. One tap brings it all back. MR1, 2 and 3, plus named recipes C1 to C7 for what you shoot all year — kids indoors, the dog at the park, the market stall, the evening street. Photo and video keep separate slots. Found a look you love while shooting? Save it as your own style, or export it as a LUT. THE BACKGROUND IS A MESS A clean portrait in a cluttered room. Set an aperture: the subject stays sharp, the room falls away — even on a photo you already took. BEFORE YOU TRUST IT Hold th
