Set your lineup in two minutes, from the dugout. InfieldHQ is for the coaches and volunteers running youth recreational softball and baseball. It replaces the spreadsheets, group texts, and app juggling with one place to get a team ready for game day. GAME DAY, SORTED Build a full batting order by dragging names, or let the app rotate the order so that over a season every kid takes a turn batting first and batting last. Assign field positions inning by inning on a tappable diamond, with a bench panel that tracks who has been sitting so playing time stays fair. See who is coming. Parents RSVP for their own child, and the lineup flags anyone who is in the order but not showing up. Works on a weak dugout signal. Edits save on the phone and sync when you get bars back. PLAYING TIME YOU CAN DEFEND The Player Growth Report shows where every player has actually played this season: infield versus outfield, bench innings, batting slots, and the positions they prefer or want to avoid. Sorted least balanced first, so you know who to move next. ASK HQ Ask questions about your team in plain language and get answers from your real schedule, roster, attendance, and position history. It can also make changes for you, but only after you approve each one, and every change can be undone. WALK-UP SONGS AND SOUNDBOARD Pick a walk-up song from the Apple Music catalog, trim the clip, and record a voice intro. The DJ Booth plays them in batting order and shows which speaker the audio is coming out of. Upload your own air horns and rally chants to the soundboard. Playing an Apple Music song requires Apple Music on the phone doing the playing. FOR PARENTS Your child's schedule, their positions for each inning, RSVP for your own child, and their walk-up song. Parents only ever see display names and jersey numbers. FOR LEAGUE ADMINS Import registrations, form balanced teams, run tryouts and evaluations, and carry league state from one season to the next. The admin side is built for a laptop. GETTING STARTED No league admin required. Sign up, name your team, paste your roster one player per line, and you are ready to build a lineup.
