Store description excerpt

IncidentHub Responder is the field app for security teams and dispatched responders working on the IncidentHub command-and-control platform. It connects you to your Organisation's live incident feed, routes dispatches to you in real time, and lets you share your position, stream video, and record evidence while you respond. ▸ ACCOUNT REQUIRED You can only use this app if your employer or dispatching Organisation subscribes to the IncidentHub platform and has issued you an account within their tenancy. The app cannot be registered by the public. If you don't have credentials, contact your line manager or the IncidentHub administrator at your Organisation. ▸ BUILT FOR FIELD RESPONSE • Receive dispatch assignments the moment they're routed to you — with push, sound and haptic alerts. • Accept, decline, or mark yourself en route, on scene, and resolved — every status change is timestamped and location-tagged for the incident audit trail. • View incident details, associated alarms and sensors, and notes from the command centre. • Add notes, capture photos and video evidence, and upload them directly into the incident record. • See your assigned teams, team-member locations, and shift membership on the in-app map. ▸ LIVE STREAMING FROM THE SCENE Start an encrypted video and audio stream from your device camera to your Organisation's command centre with a single tap. Supervisors see live footage in real time; you can switch between front and rear cameras, talk back over the audio channel, and end the stream whenever you need to. Streaming uses end-to-end DTLS-SRTP encryption relayed through a LiveKit selective forwarding unit operated by or for your Organisation. ▸ LOCATION FOR DISPATCH ROUTING While you are signed in and on duty, the app shares your precise location with your Organisation, including when the app is in the background. This lets the dispatcher route the nearest responder to a new incident, show your position on the live map, and record location at key moments in the incident audit trail. A persistent notification ("IncidentHub — on duty") is always visible while tracking is active, so you always know when your location is being shared. You can turn background tracking off at any time in Android Settings. ▸ PRIVACY AND SECURITY • All API traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher. WebRTC streams use DTLS-SRTP end-to-end. • The app does not collect your contacts, calendar, SMS, photos library, advertising ID, or any data for advertising or cross-app profiling. No user profiles are built. • Camera and microphone are only used during live streams or evidence capture that you explicitly start. ▸ PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED • Location (including background) — so your Organisation can dispatch you, show your position on the live map, and record incident audit events while you are on duty. • Camera and microphone — live streaming to the command centre and evidence capture you initiate. • Notifications — dispatch alerts and on-duty status reminders. •
