FOR HOSPITAL STAFF My Stock — View consignment inventory in real time. See total units, SKU counts, expiry alerts, and stock levels compared to par. Filter by low stock, out of stock, or expiring batches, and search by delivery challan number or product name. Usage & Defective Logs — Record device usage with patient details, doctor information, batch/lot numbers, and DC references. Report defective units with closure reasons. Scan product QR codes to speed up data entry. Submit requests that flow to operations for confirmation. Deliveries — Track incoming deliveries from order placed through in transit, pickup confirmed, delivered, or cancelled. Filter by status, view schedule tags (today/tomorrow), and acknowledge received shipments when they arrive. Purchases — Browse the product catalog, search by description or material code, filter by category, select quantities, and submit purchase requests directly from the hospital. Invoices — Search invoices by patient name, IP number, or invoice number. View full invoice details, mark items as FOC (free of charge), and download tax invoices. FOR DELIVERY DRIVERS Today's Route — See your full shift route with progress tracking, stop-by-stop timeline, and clear next-stop guidance. QR Scanning & Validation — Scan product QR codes to validate pickups against GTIN, batch, and expiry data. Confirm quantities and match products to the correct delivery challan before leaving the warehouse. Pickup & Delivery Workflow — Complete linked pickup and delivery steps in order. Start tasks, capture product photos, mark pickups, and submit deliveries with receiver name, phone, notes, delivery photo, and optional signature. Geofence-Aware Delivery — Submit deliveries when you are within the hospital delivery zone, helping ensure accurate proof of delivery. Offline Resilience — Photos and completed actions are saved locally when connectivity is lost and sync automatically when you are back online. FOR WAREHOUSE RECEIVERS Guided Receiving — Select warehouse, purchase order, and invoice, then start a structured scanning session.
