Store description excerpt
Impermanence is a focus ritual inspired by Tibetan monks' sand mandalas — build something beautiful, then deliberately let it go. BUILD Draw with your finger. Every stroke mirrors into a symmetrical mandala around the center — choose 6 or 8-fold symmetry for free, or unlock the full range from 4 to 12 with Pro. RELEASE When you're ready, press and hold anywhere on the canvas. The mandala disperses grain by grain, slowly at first, then all at once. Lift your finger and progress simply pauses — there's no rush, and no going back once you begin letting go. NOTHING TO SAVE That's the point. Unlike a coloring app, Impermanence doesn't let you keep the finished pattern forever. A small memory — a thumbnail, the date, an optional note — is all that remains, right where the real monks' practice ends: with release, not preservation. BUILD A PRACTICE - A gentle, unhurried session — no numeric timer, just an ambient cue - Session history and a daily streak to encourage a returning practice - Five warm, hand-picked palettes (one free, four with Pro) - Works completely offline, no account required Impermanence is not a coloring book and not a symmetry-drawing toy you keep forever. It's a short daily ritual: build, release, and start again tomorrow.
