After registering, the tenant portal provides you, as a tenant, with a communication channel that you can use 24/7. Quickly, easily, and without waiting times, and without having to call, email, or write, you can access the following services, among others: Direct communication with the service team View documents such as rental agreements or utility bills at any time Download pre-printed forms such as a rental certificate View current contract information (rent/usage fee) Update your personal information (phone number, email address, etc.) Submitting damage reports/complaints/comments If you participate in the portal, you will receive messages, utility bills, and contract-related documents via this tenant portal. Communication with the notary's office, such as submitting damage reports, is conducted via the portal. Upon request, you will be informed electronically of any new information posted on the portal. You will receive your personal registration code with the copy of the rental/usage agreement signed by the notary's office, or you can request it individually in writing.
