IMMO Staff is the vendor companion app for the KeyImmoCodes platform. It is for approved locksmith and automotive service providers who fulfil pincode and key code requests. Accounts are provisioned by KeyImmoCodes. This app does not offer public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO Receive job requests Get notified the moment a new service request is assigned. See the vehicle details, VIN, and what the customer needs before you accept. Work through your queue Accept jobs, review any evidence photos the customer has supplied, and ask for more details when a request is unclear. Submit results Send completed pincodes and key codes straight back to the customer from your phone. Manage availability Set yourself online or offline so you only receive requests when you are ready to work. Choose your services Control which services you offer and see the token cost for each. Track your history Review every request you have handled, with full details and results. Stay informed Push, email, and SMS notifications keep you across new jobs and updates. Configure what you receive in Settings.
