YOUR APPROVALS • See documents awaiting your approval instantly • Review the content, amount and current stage of the workflow • Approve, reject, or send back with a note • View the official document output (PDF) inside the app • Get a notification when a new approval reaches you SELF-SERVICE • Payslip: view your monthly payslip as an official PDF • Leave: see your remaining annual leave, review your leave history and create a new leave request; the end date and return-to-work date are calculated automatically, taking your weekly rest days and public holidays into account • Advance: create an advance request, attach the required document and track its status • Account statement: view your account activity with the company • Coal entitlement: track your coal entitlement and delivery status SECURITY AND PRIVACY • You sign in with your corporate company account • You only see your own data and the approvals assigned to you • All business data is kept on the company's own servers • Notifications carry no personal information; there are no ads or tracking IMPORTANT This app is only for IMBAT Madencilik employees and requires a valid corporate user account.
