Store description excerpt
ImageKeeper’s Certified Media™ Capture Platform provides a comprehensive, secure Claim Processing System where claims can be created, managed, and documented with Certified Media™. Once Certified Media™ is stored in the Digital Media Bank, members can access their information, via the web, to organize and disseminate using one of many flexible methods offered. The ImageKeeper Adjuster App is designed specifically for Flood Claim Adjusters to, consistently and accurately, document a flood claim while on-site. The app implements a “Best Practice” workflow that guides an adjuster through each element of documenting a flood claim including: Initial Contact, Photos, Notes, Advance Payment Requests, Status of Advance Payment, Mortgage Verification, Handbook Acknowledgement, Engineer Request, Preliminary Report, and Underwriting Referral, with integrated e-signatures. The app also features one-button policyholder communication and driving directions. The ImageKeeper Adjuster App incorporates ImageKeeper’s Certified Media™ patented technology, which supports Department of Justice (DOJ) Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE) Rule 902 Self Authentication of Evidence. As a result, photos, videos, and audio recordings captured using the app will have a high evidentiary value in legal proceedings: With Certified Media™, you can validate your media hasn't been altered, with a simple button push. A valid ImageKeeper System Account is required to access the ImageKeeper Adjuster Mobile Application.
