RECEIVE & MANAGE ORDERS • Get new order assignments in real time with customer, store, and item details • View product specifics — size, color, and price — before you reach the store • Built-in navigation with store locations and walking directions inside your mall EXECUTE WITH CONFIDENCE • Confirm each item with a simple Got It / Couldn't Get flow, with automatic customer refunds when items are unavailable • Guided photo verification at every key step keeps orders accurate and protected • A live status bar tracks your fulfillment window from assignment to handoff STAY CONNECTED • Chat with your customer in-app throughout the shopping phase • Coordinate directly with your Delivery Driver and track their live location and ETA to your mall checkpoint HANDLE RETURNS SEAMLESSLY • A dedicated Returns tab shows returns awaiting pickup at your mall • Process approvals or denials at the store, right from the app TRACK YOUR PERFORMANCE • Log shifts, review your order history, and filter completed orders by date • Monitor orders fulfilled and key metrics to stay on top of your performance YOUR PROFILE, YOUR MALL • See your assigned mall, Pickup Point checkpoint, and PS User ID at a glance • Manage account settings, including logout and account deletion
