ILV ASIA – Mobile App Version is an integrated portal for Human Resources, Training, News, and Recruitment information across Vingroup. Are you currently an employee of Vingroup? Do you want to proactively track your training progress throughout the year? Would you like to stay updated with the latest HR information, or discover benefits you might not know you’re entitled to? Or simply read news about the corporation and your own P&L? To meet these needs, the HR Department, in collaboration with the Digital Transformation team, has launched the ILoveVingroup mobile application, aiming to provide a comprehensive and useful information hub for all employees. The app will be continuously developed and expanded with new features to better serve staff needs. Main features include: Personal, employment, and family relationship information Health profile information Employment contract details Timesheet information Leave and compensatory leave information Payslip details Access to corporate and company news Personal notifications and announcements Ability to update and edit personal details such as contact and bank information Add or edit education and certification details Internal job referral and application registration Leave application (annual leave, sick leave, compensatory leave, etc.) Business trip and training registration Shift change requests Time-in/time-out adjustment requests Approval functions for managers and supervisors Rewards and disciplinary information
