Some activities take more than one sitting: a project, research, a move, an important purchase or a personal goal. When you return, remembering the title is not enough. You need the context. KEEP THE CONTEXT, FIND YOUR NEXT STEP - Create a Filo for anything you want to follow over time. - Add Traces to preserve updates, decisions and useful information. - Define the Step to take now, add items to check off and prepare upcoming Steps. - Record outcomes and revisit your Filo’s history in the Timeline, in Flow or List view. - Mark important moments as Key Points and add audio notes up to two minutes long. - Edit completed Steps too, without duplicating or reopening them. KEEP WHAT MATTERS CLOSE Organize Fili into Collections with custom icons and colors. Mark individual Fili and Collections as favorites and find them in dedicated Home sections. Arrange the sections and choose which ones to show: Today always stays visible. Restore the default order whenever you want. Search, filter and explore examples for personal projects, study, family, home and travel. APPOINTMENTS AND REMINDERS, WITH THEIR CONTEXT Schedule Appointments linked to their Filo and find them in Agenda alongside Steps with reminders. Set local reminders for Steps and Appointments, edit Step reminders directly from their details and filter Agenda by favorite Fili or Collections. Widgets show you what to resume and today’s Appointments, right on your device’s Home Screen. AN EXPERIENCE THAT ADAPTS TO YOU Light and dark themes, larger text and support for VoiceOver, Voice Control and Reduced Motion. The interface is available in Italian and English. SIMPLE, LOCAL AND UNDER YOUR CONTROL Il Filo works offline, without a FILO account, advertising or analytics. On iOS and iPadOS 17 or later, you can choose to sync your archive through your Apple Account’s private iCloud storage; otherwise, your content stays on the device. When changes need a choice, compare the versions and decide what to keep. Export and import an encrypted .filo backup, protected by a password or recovery key. Interrupted operations can resume when you reopen the app. Even after days or weeks, you know what happened and where to continue. For anything that needs continuity, not just a to-do list.
