IJZER is a workout app for people who just want to train: log their workouts, track their progress, and get back into the gym. No unnecessary distractions, no ads, just a clean training log that grows with you. LOG YOUR WORKOUTS Log every set with weight and reps, including warm-up sets. Create your own routines (Push Day, Pull Day, Leg Day, or whatever suits you) or log individual workout sessions. Add your own exercises if your favorite lift is not included yet, including an "Other" category for exercises that do not fit into a standard muscle group. VISIBLE PROGRESS View your complete workout history, see your personal records for each exercise in clear charts, and track how much weight you have lifted this week, this month, and overall. Set your own monthly goal and instantly see how close you are to reaching it. STAY MOTIVATED Earn XP and level up with every completed workout. Collect badges as you become more consistent. Small rewards that give you the extra push to finish that final set. TRAIN TOGETHER, COMPARE TOGETHER Add friends and compare your monthly leaderboard. See who has lifted the most this month without having to share individual workout details. YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE Your workout history, routines, and body weight data stay on your device by default. We cannot see them. Signing in is only required if you want to share your name with friends or use Premium features.
