Providers can use the app to access provider-focused portal workflows, including portal queue review, patient message viewing, and notification preferences. IHC Portal is designed to support communication and care coordination between Integrative Health Carolinas and authorized users. The app is not intended for emergencies and does not replace direct medical care, medical advice, or the official medical record.
