IGS Patrol — Integrated Guard Solutions Manage security patrols, verify checkpoints, track patrol routes, and document site activity—all in one app. IGS Patrol is a security patrol and reporting platform by Delva Systems, built for security companies and their authorized officers, supervisors, and administrators. From starting a patrol to scanning checkpoints and submitting reports, IGS Patrol brings essential field operations together in one easy-to-use dashboard. MANAGE AND TRACK PATROLS View assigned properties, access site information, and start or end patrols directly from the app. IGS Patrol uses location services during an active patrol to record the officer’s patrol route and support location-based patrol verification. Officers initiate location tracking by starting a patrol. During an active patrol, location tracking may continue while the app is running in the background so the patrol route can continue to be recorded until the officer ends the patrol. Officers can view their patrol route in the app, while authorized supervisors and administrators can use patrol location records to review field activity. GEOFENCE-BASED PATROL VERIFICATION IGS Patrol uses configured property boundaries to verify that officers are at their assigned security sites. An officer’s location is checked when starting and ending a patrol to verify that the officer is within the authorized property area. SCAN AND VERIFY CHECKPOINTS Scan NFC tags at designated security checkpoints to record patrol progress. Timestamped checkpoint records help document completed patrol activity and provide authorized supervisors with a record of checkpoint completion. Location information may also be recorded with checkpoint activity to help verify where checkpoints were completed. DOCUMENT ACTIVITY AND SUBMIT REPORTS Create Activity Logs, Incident Reports, and Maintenance Reports from the field. Add notes and photo documentation to record routine observations, security incidents, and property maintenance concerns. ACCESS SITE INFORMATION Review available site documents, post orders, property instructions, and configured emergency contacts directly from the patrol dashboard. VIEW YOUR OFFICER PROFILE Access officer information, contact details, license and certification records, expiration dates, and officer status in one place. SUPPORT SUPERVISION AND ACCOUNTABILITY Patrol routes, location records, checkpoint scans, report timestamps, notes, and photos help authorized supervisors and administrators review field operations and maintain organized security records. Patrol location tracking is associated with active patrol activity initiated by the officer and is used for route documentation, checkpoint activity, and property verification.
