Add your document. Scan it, pick it from Photos, or choose a PDF from Files. You can also send one straight to ignitai from Mail, Safari, or Files. 2. Say what you need. For example: "store, date, items, and total." Or tap a saved instruction you've used before. 3. Open your spreadsheet. Check it on screen, then export to CSV or Excel. If a column came back empty, ignitai says so instead of letting you find out in Excel. A password-protected PDF is named, not silently skipped. Your original file is never changed. No rigid forms. No fixed columns. You describe what you want and the AI works it out. The reading happens on your device using Apple's built-in text recognition — and on iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 it understands table layout too, which sharpens results on receipts and invoices.
