KEY FEATURES 1) Video instructions for each exercise to ensure proper form. 2) Additional text instructions for extra guidance. 3) Exercise library of 300+ rehab-specific movements. 4) Included library of 1000+ gym specific exercises. 5) Programming done specifically for you by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. 6) Growing library of additional exercises and instructions to stay modern and evolving. 7) Ability to stay out of pain and train in the gym. OPTIONS: Access to your personalized rehab exercises comes included with all Care Plans to ensure successful outcomes and reach your goals.
