The order pad can contain pictures of the products or a simple order form consisting of a list of items. Once entered, the order can sent immediately to HQ. Knowledge is power and with Arcos all customer activity and previous sales are at hand. With advanced CRM capabilities all data captured is stored with clear and concise reporting in mind. Customer profiling is updated by using a scroll system where answers are cleverly defined. A customer survey supplies real-time responses to promotions or to gauge the mood of your customer base.
