I-WISP App Technicians is a mobile application for users with a technical profile of I-WISP Manager. It allows you to view and attend to your clients' tickets, both for installation and on-site support, with the ease of filtering and ordering them based on different parameters for timely attention. From I-WISP App Technicians, a time record is kept of the entire journey from the time the technicians start the operation of the day until they finish it, including the attention of each ticket during their stay at the customer's home and the time between one attention and other. By selecting a ticket to be attended, the application shows you all the necessary ticket information as well as directions on how to get to the destination with the best route, it also allows you to see the ticket follow-up and add comments, take evidence photos and upload them directly to complement care. When solving a ticket, a service sheet is generated where the customer can assign a rating to the service provided, a comment and a signature of compliance. In addition, from the App you can access the I-WISP Manager web platform to register installation tickets or access other I-WISP Manager modules.
