I-MONG Manager is an app that allows you to configure I-MONG with real-time monitoring of shock, tilt, temperature, and humidity, alert notification, record management, vibration characteristic analysis, drop impact evaluation, etc. Useful for quality control and preventive maintenance during transportation. Three modes correspond to various phases of transportation 1. Monitoring mode: Ideal for real-time monitoring during transportation. 2. Management mode: Supports data recording management after transportation. 3. Confirmation mode: Useful for confirming loading platform vibration characteristics and packaging curing before transportation. (Main function) - Recording function: Temperature and humidity can be recorded at set time intervals, and shock and tilt can be recorded when they exceed the set threshold. ・QR code generation setting function: You can set up to generate and display a QR code in real time by integrating baggage information and constantly changing transport environment data. ・Alert notification setting function: If the set control value is exceeded, an alert can be displayed on the I-MONG display or a notification can be displayed on the smartphone app via BLE. Furthermore, in the event of an impact, you can check the location at the time of the impact using a smartphone map app. - Instant analysis display function: Vibration analysis results (PSD analysis results) can be displayed on the app's PSD graph within a few seconds after vibration measurement and can be compared with the JIS Z 2023 standard. Additionally, the peak acceleration and velocity change applied to the object under test during a drop impact can be plotted in real time on the damage boundary curve (DBC) graph in the app. ・Whitelist function: Scan the card printed with the QR code for each I-MONG serial number with your smartphone camera and register it in the app list. BLE connection is made only with I-MONG registered in the list. ・Smartphone GPS linkage function: If you operate I-MONG and a smartphone that has launched the app as a set, you can link I-MONG's measurement data with the smartphone's GPS data. ・Data acquisition/transmission function: I-MONG measurement data can be acquired by BLE communication or QR code reading. The data will be in CSV format. You can send it as an email attachment or access and save it to cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.). ・BLE communication OFF function: You can disable I-MONG's BLE communication. Therefore, it can be used even in environments with radio wave regulations. ・I-MONG battery monitor function: Displays the remaining battery level of I-MONG in real time. (How to use) 1. New registration Launch the app and tap "New Registration" to start the camera. Read the included registration QR code and register I-MONG to the app list. 2.
