THE TINNITUS ASSESSMENT (FREE) A guided, on-device assessment characterizes your tinnitus in about 12 minutes: - Guided pitch matching, octave check, and reliability retest. - Noise-like tinnitus (hissing, roaring) matched with band-limited noise. - Hearing screen and loudness in sensation level. - Masking and residual-inhibition responses for personal comparison. - Hyperacusis and red-flag screening, plus a 10-question impact score. Apply your result directly to therapy, or use the 3-minute quick assessment. TWO THERAPY MODES Notch Sound Therapy removes a narrow band at your calibrated pitch. Research has explored lateral inhibition as a possible mechanism, but clinical findings are mixed. Coordinated Reset (CR) plays four tuned tones around your frequency in varied sequences, based on an experimental neural-desynchronization concept.
