One-Tap Logging Log water, sparkling water, tea, coffee, or other drinks with your usual glass sizes. Add a custom amount, drink type, time, and note whenever you need more detail. Smart Reminders Create reminders for workdays or weekends, adjust individual times, set quiet hours, and snooze, skip, or mark a reminder as done from the notification. If notifications are not enabled, logging and review still work normally. Your Own Rules Choose your daily goal, quick sizes, workdays, active hours, quiet periods, and reminder slots. Control whether tea and coffee count toward your goal and how they count. Weekly Review See your 7-day intake trend, goal completion rate, reminder-slot performance, and weekly summary. All stats are based on records you actually log. Private and Flexible Core features require no account and work offline. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to sign in and turn on sync. With an optional account, you can sync records, your plan, and reminder state across your devices, choose whether to merge existing local data, and pause sync at any time.
