TODAY'S WORKOUT, EVERY CHANNEL Open the app and today's session is already there. Follow your program across all four channels: - Hybrid Engine - HYROX, Sweat, Endurance and Teams - Hybrid Strong - Compete and Train - Hybrid Barbell - Olympic lifting - Hybrid Flow - gymnastics Every session shows the full workout as your coach wrote it, with the score type, scaling options and the coach's brief. LOG YOUR RESULT IN SECONDS Tap in your score for each part of the workout - time, reps, rounds, weight, calories or distance - pick your division, and you're done. Change your mind? Log it again and it updates. THE GYM WHITEBOARD See how the rest of the gym went today, ranked, just like the board on the wall. Prefer to keep a score to yourself? Log it as Private and only you will see it. BENCHMARKS AND PRs Track the lifts and benchmark workouts that matter - back squat, clean and jerk, Fran, and more. The app works out your PR for you and tells you the moment you set a new one. BRING YOUR HISTORY Moving from another app? Import your past results from a CSV export and keep the history you have already built. Hybrid Theory Members is for current members of Hybrid Theory Training.
