Store description excerpt

HWP Viewer opens and displays Korean HWP and HWPX (Hangul Word Processor) documents on iPhone and iPad — the file format used by Hancom Office (한글) — and converts them both ways between HWP/HWPX and Word, PDF, or images. Most PDF and Office apps cannot open .hwp files. HWP Viewer reads them directly on your device, showing the original layout — text, images, tables and formatting — not just plain text. FEATURES - Open .hwp and .hwpx files from Files, Mail, AirDrop, or "Open in…" - View the original document exactly as formatted, with pinch-to-zoom - Copy and search text inside the document - Edit document content and save your changes - Convert HWP/HWPX to Word (.docx), PDF, or PNG images, preserving the original layout - Convert Word (.docx) or PDF files back into HWPX — text, tables, and basic formatting are preserved; complex layouts and images may be simplified - Merge or split PDF files and extract pages as images (Pro) - Recognize text in photos and scanned pages with on-device text recognition (OCR) (Pro) - Add a signature image stamp or watermark to your documents (Pro) - Reopen recently viewed documents offline from your on-device cache Viewing, reading, searching, and 1 conversion per day (files up to 30MB) are included. Unlock unlimited conversions (Pro) and the full toolset with the Pro lifetime upgrade, or get more conversions with a 3-conversion pack. Developed with reference to the publicly available HWP file format specification by Hancom Inc.
