Store description excerpt

HWLWorks Shift Planner is for non-government staff only. This mobile app is expressly for the use of members who are participating in an employer's IRP (Internal Resource Pool), and who are also preauthorised by their employers to use this app. As an IRP staff, you can manage your work schedule across multiple employers. You need to obtain your access credentials from any one employer, and reuse those credentials across all employers. This app gives you complete control of your work schedule. When working for a single employer, or multiple employers concurrently, you will be able to receive notifications from your employer for newly available shifts. These new shifts may be offered exclusively to you or are broadcasted to a target group. Clicking the notification will provide additional information on the shift including employer location, shift timings, and department. You can also see a consolidated and color coded view of all shifts – ones that are waiting your acceptance (red), already confirmed (green), and waiting final confirmation from employer (blue). When you have pre-existing confirmed shifts that overlap with new shifts, then such new shifts are automatically removed from your view to prevent scheduling conflicts, and corresponding notifications are not sent to your mobile device. You have two options for viewing your consolidated schedule across all employers – monthly calendar format or running-list ordered by date.
