De hulporganisaties worden getoond op basis van locatie en bereikbaarheid. De HulpApp is in het Nederlands, Engels en Turks. Bovendien geeft de HulpApp veel bruikbare informatie in de vorm van blogs, artikelen en cursussen. Ervaringsdeskundige 1: “De HulpApp ziet er heel goed uit en doet wat nodig is”. Ervaringsdeskundige 2: “Heel duidelijke app. Makkelijk in gebruik.” Ex-slachtoffer 1: “Dit miste je gewoon.
