HUDHUD Decision Intelligence is a governed decision workspace for closing out construction, commissioning, quality and claims matters — the record of who found something, who owns it, what proves it's resolved, and who was independently authorized to close it. Most punch-list and QA/QC tools track status. HUDHUD tracks governance: every step — assign, accept, submit, review, approve or reject, close — is a recorded action with an actor, a timestamp and a reason. Nothing moves the record forward silently. EVIDENCE STAYS WITH THE DECISION Before/after evidence is attached directly to the issue it belongs to, not filed away separately. Reviewers see the evidence and the decision controls side by side. KNOW WHAT'S BLOCKED, AND WHY Rejections require a stated reason. Separation-of-duties is enforced by the underlying domain, not just a UI rule — if the same person who approved a submission tries to close it, the app states why that's not permitted before they even attempt it, and refuses it if they do. INDEPENDENT CLOSURE, PRESERVED RECORD Closing a matter requires a separately authorized closer. Every closed issue can generate a sealed closure pack and carries a full, timestamped audit timeline — assignment, evidence, submission, review, decision, closure — in one place. ON-DEVICE DECISION INTELLIGENCE Ask about portfolio risk, projects approaching handover with critical blockers, or where closure pressure is highest. Answers remain grounded in the governed record on your device — nothing is sent anywhere to produce them. ARABIC AND ENGLISH, LOCAL-FIRST The full workflow — field capture, evidence, review, closure — is available in Arabic and English with proper right-to-left layout. Product identity and terminology are handled deliberately, not machine-translated. BUILT FOR THE FIELD AND THE OFFICE — EACH DIFFERENT ON PURPOSE iPhone is for field execution: capture, evidence, submission, and knowing your next action — it deliberately has no reviewer or closure controls. iPad is for assurance: review queues, evidence-backed decisions, portfolio risk, and governed closure. WHAT THIS RELEASE IS TODAY This release ships as a self-contained, device-local Evaluation Workspace: no sign-in, no backend required, and no live cross-device sync. It runs on synthetic evaluation data so you can explore the full governed lifecycle immediately, guided by an in-app walkthrough. This is deliberate: the governance model — authority, separation of duties, evidence, audit — is real and complete; connected, multi-user deployments are on our roadmap. HUDHUD Decision Intelligence is built first for construction, commissioning, quality and claims workflows, and designed to extend to any process where a decision needs to be evidenced, owned and closed with a record that holds up.
