Huddle keeps every meeting, talk, and speech on time — right from your menu bar. The countdown sits next to your clock. It turns orange when time gets short and keeps counting in red once you run over, so you always know where you stand. No pop-ups. No window in the way. Nothing on screen for anyone else to see. WHAT HUDDLE DOES • Reads your next meeting from your calendar — iCloud, Google, Outlook, Exchange and CalDAV • Shows the time left as a quiet dot, a countdown, or both • Keeps counting past zero, so an overrun is never a surprise • Runs your agenda with a sub-timer for every item • Holds each item at zero and counts the overtime, so one topic never eats the next • Speech timer with the green / yellow / red signal that speaking clubs use • Focus Mode — a full-screen countdown for stage, presentation, and recording (Pro) • Drag down on the menu bar icon for a quick timer from 1 to 120 minutes • Moves on to your next meeting by itself NEW IN 2.1 • Agenda pacing: an item holds at 0:00 and counts overtime until you complete or skip it • Warning and overtime colours per item, based on that item's own length • Overlay and Focus Mode show what is next and how far the meeting is behind or ahead • A "Time's up" banner when a held item runs out, in your announcement style • Settings → Agenda: "Hold items at zero" — the first item for everyone, every item with Pro PERFECT FOR • Managers running back-to-back meetings • Speaking clubs, trainers, and anyone who has to land a talk on time • Presenters, podcasters, and streamers using Focus Mode on stage • Sales and customer success teams on calls • Founders and freelancers who want their week back HUDDLE PRO An optional in-app purchase adds Focus Mode, meeting templates that learn from your calendar, automatic agenda parsing from your meeting notes, custom warning and overtime thresholds, and banner or full-screen announcements between agenda items.
