The Alarm APP is used to receive critical alarms from the process control systems SCADA.web and SCADA V10 from HST Systemtechnik GmbH. The app offers the on-call service a reliable, safe and, in particular, user-friendly solution for day-to-day on-call work. The Alarm APP signals the arrival of a new alarm with a signal tone, so that critical alarms are also reliably noticed. The design of the alarm APP was deliberately puristic, since the alarm itself is in the foreground and the user does not have to deal with the operation of the APP. The operation of the Alarm APP is intuitive and self-explanatory. The Alarm APP provides an overview of the status of all incoming alarms at all times. An alarm that has arrived is acknowledged by simply tapping on the alarm. Acknowledgments that have been carried out can be viewed directly via the Alarm APP. In addition to the core function of remote alarming of critical faults, the Alarm APP also offers a function for sending messages directly from the SCADA system. You can use a direct message to inform the on-call service that, for example, the condition of the pump still needs to be checked when a system is being checked. Depending on the device platform used, the silent mode of the smartphone can be overwritten via a setting in the Alarm APP. With the help of this setting, a signal tone is always emitted when a new alarm arrives - even if the smartphone is set to silent. The Alarm APP is available for the process control systems SCADA.web and for SCADA V10 from version 10.6.
