The HSD service app as a mobile service center offers all users of a company the opportunity to request a service. This can be, for example, a service based on a fault report or a special cleaning. Your own messages are clearly displayed and enable transparent status monitoring. Complaints can already be made within the defined complaint time window. If the connection to the server is not available due to connection problems, this is not a challenge due to the offline functionality.
