HR by Digital Harbor is the official employee HR companion for companies running Odoo. Everything an employee needs from the HR department — in one fast, simple app, without opening a browser or sending an email. MULTI-TENANT BY DESIGN The app works with any company running the HR module on Odoo. On first launch you enter your company's server address, then sign in with your usual work account. Your data stays on your company's server — nothing is stored on our infrastructure. KEY FEATURES • Attendance — Clock in and out with one tap, with automatic location verification. Review your attendance history by year, month or week. • Payslips — View your current and past payslips, browse the earnings, deductions and net breakdown, and download or share the PDF. • Time Off — See live balances per leave type, submit a request in 30 seconds, track request status, cancel a pending request, and view the public holiday calendar. • Approvals — Managers can review pending requests with full details and attachments, and approve or reject from anywhere. • Calendar & Meetings — See upcoming meetings, accept or decline invitations, create and edit events. • Colleagues Directory — Search any colleague by name, tap to call or email, and view team details (manager, department, work location). • Documents — Download official documents issued to you (contracts, certificates, insurance) and share them as PDF. • Expenses, Performance, Team and Announcements — Stay on top of everything HR in one place. • Profile — Update your phone or personal email, change your photo, and choose your interface language and theme.
