Most advice about talking to people is either manipulative or useless. This is neither. It's a practice space built on Nonviolent Communication — the same framework used in mediation and couples counselling. WRITE Draft the message you're dreading. Get it scored on the four things that decide how it lands: an observation without judgement, the feeling underneath, the need behind that, and a request the other person can actually say yes or no to. ROLE-PLAY Practise the conversation with a character who has their own mood, history, and reasons to be defensive. They will not simply agree with you. A vibe meter shows the heat rising or cooling as you reply, and afterwards you get a debrief of where it went sideways and why. ADVISE Paste something someone sent you. Get help reading what they might have meant, and draft a reply that doesn't escalate. FIELD NOTES Short, plain-language write-ups of the ideas behind the practice — how care lands, why chase-and-space happens, how fights actually start — so the skill outlasts the app. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Nothing you write is stored on our servers. Conversations live on your device and you can wipe them at any time. About $0.50 of coaching is included to try the app. You can also sign in for credits or use your own Anthropic key, which stays on your device. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone who freezes on the hard message, replays arguments afterwards, or wants to get better at saying the difficult thing without making it worse. The title is literal, but the skill is general: these are the same moves that work with a partner, a friend, a parent, or a colleague.
