Housewright tells you what your house needs, and keeps the record of what you have done about it. No account. No subscription. No servers. Bought once, yours forever. WHAT IT TRACKS Start from a library of 56 researched maintenance jobs — the furnace filter, the water heater flush, the dryer vent that nobody cleans, gutters, smoke alarms, the anode rod you have never heard of. Answer a few questions about your property and the jobs that do not apply to you never appear at all. Seasonal work lands on its season: a furnace service added in August is due this September, not next August. THE RECORD IS THE POINT Every completion is logged with the date, your own note, and a photo if you want one. "52 psi at the hose bib." "Both washer hoses replaced — braided stainless this time." "Kelly's Sweep, $180, receipt in the drawer." Four years from now that record is what answers a buyer's inspector, and what reminds you which filter you actually buy. YOUR OWN SPECIFICS Every job holds the details you look up every single time. 20 × 25 × 1, MERV 11. The 28 ft ladder is in the garage. The shut-off is behind the dryer. Those notes ride along inside the reminder, so they are in your hand when you are standing in the aisle at the hardware shop. QUIET BY DESIGN Overdue counts up in words — "3 weeks past" — never in red badges or numbers of shame. A reminder arrives a few days before something falls due, with your notes in the body. Hold it to mark the job done, or snooze it a day or a week. Once something is overdue Housewright stops notifying you about it, because you already know. WIDGETS Small, medium and large Home Screen widgets, plus three Lock Screen sizes. Point one at a single property or at everything you look after. Tap a row to open that job; tap the check to log it without opening the app at all. MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY A rental, a cabin, your parents' place. Each keeps its own schedule, its own notes and its own record, and the widget can watch whichever one you choose. PRIVATE, GENUINELY Everything lives on your device. There is no analytics, no third-party SDK, no account to create, and nothing to opt out of. Turn on iCloud backup and it syncs through your own private iCloud database — which the developer has no way to read, because there is no server to read it on. Export the entire record to CSV whenever you like; it is your history, not ours. A NOTE ON THE INTERVALS The library uses consumer-consensus intervals drawn from EPA guidance on septic systems, published fire-safety guidance on alarms and chimneys, and the major manufacturer and home-maintenance checklists. Where sources disagree it takes the most commonly recommended figure and tells you the condition that would make it more frequent. Every interval is editable — your house, your call. Housewright is a reminder and a record, not a substitute for a qualified inspection. Gas appliances, chimneys, electrical work and anything structural belong to a licensed professional.
