The landlord sends announcements to the house members that he invites to the house, informing them instantly by sending notifications about important house-related issues. House rules determined using the House Rules feature can be shared openly to all house members and new members can quickly access the house rules. With the Shopping List feature, which is designed in order not to miss (not to forget) the products purchased at home shopping, you can add the products purchased regularly and make every purchase complete without forgetting it. If there is information that is not mandatory enough to be a rule, but still needs to be known by the members of the house, you can share it with the Things To Know feature. When a joint decision is made concerning the people living at home, there is no need to talk to everyone one by one anymore. With the Poll feature, you can create a vote on the House Pass and see the majority of the votes. Moreover, all polls are in the form of open voting.
