Hoopstack is a basketball player-development tool for coaches, the players they coach, and those players' parents. HOW IT WORKS A coach evaluates a player against a structured set of questions. The player fills in their own self-assessment of the same areas. Hoopstack turns the two together into a development plan: what the player is good at, what to work on, and the workouts to get there. A plan is never shown to a player or a parent until the coach has read it and approved it. That approval is a real step, not a formality — an unapproved plan is not visible to anyone but the coach. FOR COACHES • Your roster, with each player's evaluation state at a glance • Evaluate a player and build their development plan • Review and approve plans before players see them FOR PLAYERS • Your own self-assessment • Your approved development plan • The workouts that come from it FOR PARENTS • See your child's information and plan, once you have consented ABOUT YOUNG ATHLETES Hoopstack holds information about young players, so we are specific about it. Creating an account requires a date of birth and is refused under 13. A younger player can still be on a roster as a profile created by their coach, and a parent or guardian consents before being given access to that child's information.
