How it works: one tap Pick what is being spoken and what you want the subtitles in, tap Start Sharing Audio once, and confirm Start Sharing in the sheet iOS shows — the subtitle window then opens by itself. Sharing audio is the only way an app can receive audio from other apps on iPhone, which is why that system sheet asks you to confirm once.
