A PLAN BUILT FOR YOUR HOME Answer a few questions about your house and homwarden builds a starter care plan around it. Tasks are grouped into Today, Upcoming, All, and a permanent History, so you always know what needs doing this week and what you already handled. Complete a task, skip it, or reschedule a single occurrence without breaking the recurring plan. SEASONAL AND WEATHER AWARE homwarden follows the seasons, shifting its palette and its recommendations as the year turns. Using official NOAA/NWS forecast data for your area, it can surface timely tasks before a freeze or a heat wave arrives. Your street address is never sent to the weather service. YOUR APPLIANCES AND SYSTEMS Build an inventory of the equipment that runs your home. Add an appliance by typing its details, or photograph the model label and let homwarden Plus read the manufacturer, model, and serial number for you. The photo is sent to our AI provider only to read that label, and it is never used for advertising or sold. Every appliance keeps its own service history, documents, and lifecycle expectations. RECORDS THAT ARE ACTUALLY FINDABLE Store receipts, warranties, manuals, invoices, permits, and photos in a private vault, linked to the appliance or project they belong to. Search across everything at once. Warranty expirations appear on your schedule before they lapse — not after. AN ASSISTANT THAT CITES ITS SOURCES (PLUS) Ask a question about your own home and get an answer drawn from your records, with citations pointing back to the document it came from. When homwarden reads an inspection report or a label, it shows you what it found and waits for your confirmation before saving anything. Nothing is filed behind your back. The assistant is read-only: it can answer, but it cannot change, share, or buy anything. SEE THE WHOLE PICTURE A Home Health score summarizes where your home stands. Track contractors, projects, costs over time, and a running timeline of everything that has happened to the house. Share a clean, redacted summary with a buyer, agent, or insurer — or export a professional report. BUILT PRIVATE Your documents live in private, per-home storage that only your household can reach. Family members can be given roles. Location is optional and manual address entry always works. Camera access is requested only when you tap to scan. Notifications are requested only after you enable a reminder. You can delete your account and all of your home data from inside the app, at any time. No ads. No tracking.
