HomeFolio turns your home into a walkthrough you can explore, with all the important information attached to the places it actually belongs to. Take 360° photos from a few spots in each room, and HomeFolio stitches them into a tour you can walk through like a street map. Then pin things onto it. The manual for the oven. A photo of the pipes before the wall went up. The plumber's phone number. The receipt for the floor. Next time you need any of it, you look where the thing is instead of digging through folders. CAPTURE YOUR HOME Draw your floor plan by hand, or scan it with your iPhone if it has LiDAR. Place capture points in each room, upload 360° photos, and walk between them with arrows. Add more floors whenever you need them. PIN THE DETAILS Tap anywhere in the tour to drop a pin. Attach photos, PDFs, notes, links or contacts. Open documents right inside the app. Search finds anything you have saved, and the Archive tab shows everything in one place when you would rather browse than search. SEE WHAT IS BEHIND THE WALL Layers let you keep several versions of the same spot. Photograph the room before the plasterboard goes up, then again after. Switch between them in the tour and the older layer is right there, aimed at the same view. SCAN WITH LIDAR On iPhone and iPad models with LiDAR, HomeFolio uses Apple RoomPlan to measure a room or a whole floor. You get real wall lengths, ceiling height and floor area, a 3D model you can view in AR, and a to scale floor plan you can drop straight into the app. SHARE IT Invite family, a partner, a contractor or a buyer. Give them full editing rights or read only access. Everyone sees the same tour. GOOD FOR Renovations and building projects. Insurance and warranty records. Handing a house over to a new owner.
