The app’s remote patient monitoring feature can work with any manufacturer’s devices. The app collects the patient’s readings via Bluetooth or by manual entry. This vendor/device agnostic feature gives healthcare providers the ability to purchase newer, less expensive devices and pay for them once, reducing the cost of remote patient monitoring by 80%-90%. This flexibility also makes it easier for providers to offer private pay monitoring services. The Live Expert system also sends to the app, each day, each patient’s care regimen and reminders, as well as receive feedback from patients. The system also monitors patient compliance and diagnostic readings, and automatically sends alerts and reports to providers and family members.
