home.gr is a marketplace for long-term home rentals in Greece — from one month to several years. Free, with no commission and no subscription. FREE ON BOTH SIDES Searching, messaging and listing a property cost nothing. We take no cut of the rent and we handle no payments: whatever you agree, you agree directly with each other. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HOME • Search by area, price, length of stay and availability date — no account needed • Saved searches that notify you the moment something matching appears • Favourites, so a place you liked does not get lost • Messages with the owner, and a booking request that gets a clear answer IF YOU OWN A PROPERTY • Step-by-step listing, with photos taken on your phone • A completeness meter shows what the listing is still missing • Handle requests without ambiguity: accept, decline, or ask a question • Optional engineering services if you want them — electronic lease filing, energy certificate WHAT WE DO NOT DO, STATED PLAINLY We do not verify properties. Everything you read in a listing is declared by the owner and marked as such — nobody has checked it on your behalf. The exact address is never published. The map shows a circle around the area, so you know where you would be living without exposing the property. We never ask for a deposit and we never sit between you and a payment. If someone asks you for money before you have seen the home, report them. SAFETY Every listing, user and message can be reported. Every user can be blocked. The two are not the same, and the difference is stated inside the app: a report is reviewed by a person, while a block takes effect the moment you tap it and cuts off messages and booking requests in both directions. PRIVACY There are no advertising networks and we do not track you across other apps. Location is requested only when you tap "My location" while listing a property.
