HomeAffordability helps you estimate a realistic home price range from household income, monthly debt, down payment, interest rate, loan term, property taxes, insurance, and HOA dues. The calculator shows conservative, recommended, and stretch affordability bands using common front-end and back-end debt-to-income ratios: 25/33, 28/36, and 31/43. Each result includes estimated home price, loan amount, principal and interest, property tax, total housing payment, and the limiting factor behind the number. Save buyer scenarios, add notes, and reload any plan later to compare how income, debt, down payment, or rates change your affordable range.
