Employee Sports Monitoring App is a mobile application designed to promote a healthier lifestyle among employees by tracking their participation in physical activities. The app ensures that every employee completes at least one mandatory activity: a 5-kilometer run or 45-minute jog, tracked using GPS and time logs. Users can start and stop the activity through the app, which captures the start and end time, GPS location, distance covered, and a selfie photo at the beginning and end of the run. This data is automatically stored in a MySQL database via a Laravel-powered API for centralized monitoring. In addition to the mandatory running activity, the app allows employees to log optional sports such as basketball, badminton, padel, futsal, and boxing camp. The platform includes a secure login and registration system with NIK (Employee ID), email, and password credentials. Built using Flutter for cross-platform compatibility (Android and iOS), this app is part of a corporate wellness initiative to track employee fitness participation and encourage consistent physical activity across the organization.
