FREE, AND STAYING FREE - The timer, every preset, and your complete history - An alert at your goal that breaks through Focus, or a real alarm that sounds even on silent (iOS 26 and later) - Live Activity and Dynamic Island, so a running fast is on your lock screen without opening anything - Fasting stages as they pass, described in plain words - Forgot to start it? Move the start. Forgot to stop? Move the end. Add fasts you never timed at all. - Export everything as CSV, always PRO, BOUGHT ONCE - Home and lock screen widgets, so Holdfast is there without opening it - Insights: your months, your typical fast, the days you actually fasted - Extra heads-up alerts before your goal - Automatic backup to your own iCloud - An alternate app icon There is no subscription in Holdfast, and there will not be one.
